From the Archives: India

Part of the thrill of data consolidation is finding old photos. In 2009 - 2010, I went to India by myself with a backpack. I earned a teaching certificate after three weeks, but job options were bleak, so I figured out something else to do. I picked a city nearby (Kanyakumari), bought a train ticket, and went there. And then I did it again. I repeated the process for five months until my visa expired. And then I flew to Thailand for cheap, because you can do that when you're in India. India was colorful and dirty and loud and gorgeous. Here are some moments from that eventful time. I'll be adding more photos from India over the next few posts.
