Wine pairing events paired wine with live music. This night was a performance of Rolling Stones covers. Each guests would get a placemat and two wine glasses, which would sit in the red dotted-line circles. Guests would listen to songs while tasting wines tailored to that listening experience.

Logo
for Otter Presents
Otter Presents, a music and event production company, is fun and carefree, yet classy and put together. The logo elicits a playful feeling while being deliberate and refined.
The color palette has a summery vibe, bringing to mind memories of poolside parties and sunshine. The otter holding a present is a play on words and a nod to the idea of receiving "presents" in the form of surprise special guests or VIP access. The circle lends itself to use as a guerrilla marketing piece--stickers placed on laptops or guitar cases, pins worn on hats or backpacks, or tokens given to VIP customers.

The bar and lounge adjacent to City Winery Nashville's large music venue rebranded to seem more like its own entity rather than an afterthought of the music venue.
Concept I is casual, hip, hand-drawn, and understated.

Concept II incorporates the circle of the barrel (a common image and object at City Winery) and three glasses in a row, a set often seen at a wine tasting. A serif font lends legitimacy and a sort of steakhouse feel to the logo, and the screen-printed texture feels contemporary.

Concept III tells a story: the first circle is a wine rack (go to the rack), the second circle is a wine bottle (take down a bottle), the third circle is a corkscrew (open it), and the fourth circle is a glass (drink it). The circles can stand on their own as a symbol.

A fire drill project, this set was executed in about an hour by printing in-house and using original source imagery. The gift set was made to reward "Vinofiles" (members) and to encourage them to purchase a wine tour and exclusive wines.
